Why Use a Slim Wallet for Men?
Some of us seem to think that wallets are filing cabinets, stuffing them up to the breaking point. It isn’t out of this world to bring around a bulky wallet, but it’s most certainly far from a good thing. There are loads of benefits to having a smaller and slimmer wallet instead. Benefits that offer comfort, better appearance and even time savings.
With a slim wallet, sitting down on tough surfaces will not be as uncomfortable as with a fat wallet. The weight of your butt will be distributed equally on both sides, and there will be no pressure point on either cheek.
If you just keep the most essential items in your wallet, you don’t have to fumble around looking for your credit card or ID when you’re at the cashier. This helps save some time when you’re rushing to go somewhere. As well, it’s a lot less hassle when you just have the things you need in your wallet.
Does your wallet have all sorts of things that you almost never use or even look at? If so, do a bit of cleaning and remove what you don’t need. If your frequent eater card for a particular restaurant is rarely used because you only visit the place once in a while, why carry it with you all the time?
Ever met a girl who likes men with huge wallets sticking out from their back pockets? Perhaps not. Truth is, big wallets just make you look silly, especially if your wallet is thicker than an inch and you wear well-fitting pants.
Easy on Your Clothing
Carrying a huge and heavy wallet in your pants’ pocket will eventually leave make a groove in your pants. Unfortunately, this groove is rather hard to fix, and you may just decide to buy new pants when it begins to look ugly. To prevent this costly scenario, just use a slimmer wallet to start with.
When you have just a few things in your wallet, you can avoid being in so much trouble when you lose it. In fact, the risk of a slim wallet getting stolen is automatically reduced simply because it will be much less noticeable in your back pocket. That means would-be pickpockets will find you not as attractive as a target.
Less Credit Cards to Maintain
Slimming your wallet will not only mean ridding your wallet of credit cards, but canceling them as well. If your credit cards don’t come with full balances, you should use but one. Less accounts means less things to keep track of, saving you a great amount of time. Besides, less credit is good for you.
