In any company a marketing manager will
have a bird's-eye view of all marketing activities and their impact on sales.
Unfortunately it is all too common for lower-level employees not to share that
visibility. Which is why we encourage management teams to have their marketing and sales departments meet at least once a month. That way salespeople can tell
marketers about their challenges and obstacles, and marketers can provide
solutions for those. They can set common goals on a monthly basis and report at
the end of each cycle. As a result you will end up with digital marketing
activities that drive tangible and measurable results, and positive impact
on your bottom line..
