#1 Way To Do Social Media Marketing In 2024
there is a much better way to do social media
marketing in 2024 than what you probably have been doing and in this video I want to show
you step by step how I generated nearly 70,000 organic leads from social media in 2023 and
it is heavily part of my strategy of what I'm doing in 2024 so without further Ado let me jump
on my computer to show you step by step how to make this happen now what I'm about to show you
comes from the live Workshop that I did for the software company go high level we had thousands
of people in attendance and I figured I'm going to go through and show you guys a little bit
more behind the scenes and also have a lot more straightforward step-by-step presentation
then kind of going off on tangents like we did in that live Workshop so this is day two and if
you want to go back and see day one check out my last video where I showed you guys everything in
day one but this is the training how to get 100 to 200 organic leads I didn't put that in there
organic leads per day for your agency or for your business your coaching Consulting business
really this works for any type of business even if you have no following and no money for paid
ads so just a quick recap of what we covered on the training you need four core things to win and
in day one we talked about specific audience and a rock solid offer so you guys can go back and
check out that video but today what we're going to be talking about is consistent lead flow and
honestly guys this is probably one of my favorite topics because if you have a business if you don't
have leads coming in then you really don't have a business because you have no one to actually
go through and sell to so what we talked about in this last training was the needle movers what
actually gets your business to move forward and that is a lot of short form content that is what
is working on social media right now if you're trying to go through and Market your business
so we're going to show you guys some cool tips and tricks to be able to leverage social media all
the different platforms Facebook Instagram YouTube Tik Tok to be able to generate a consistent
flow of leads for your business and then we talked about once you have the awareness and the
eyeballs on your business we need to send them to a simple landing page to be able to generate
those leads and present one Rock Solid offer we don't have to have all these different offers just
one simple Rock Solid offer so we already covered about who we are actually marketing to and where
we send those people but the real question is now how do we get the eyeballs how do we get people
clicking to our website to your sales funnel be able to generate leads and actually make sales
for your business and so there's basically three ways to get eyeballs on your business or in other
words awareness right you can buy it you can go through and spend money on Facebook ads Instagram
ads Google Tik Tok ads you can own it so if you have an email list you can send out email and
that is my favorite way of going through and getting Awareness on something but you have to
initially build up that email list so that you have something that you own and then another way
is you can earn it and you earn it by posting on social media U maybe posting blog posts podcasts
different content to be able to earn that media so what we're going to be talking about today is
I'm going to show you how you can convert the earn it to own it so basically leverage social
media marketing and be able to convert those eyeballs into leads for your email list that you
can present offers and ultimately make money for your business my question to you is who wants

organically you couldn't generate any leads from Facebook you had to pay Facebook in order to get
any exposure but I was dead wrong right now the number one way to do this right now is short form
content and I'm sure that's no secret to anybody you've probably seen a lot of YouTube videos a
lot of people talking about short form content but I'm going to show you guys a better system a
better machine to systematize guys and be able to get more exposure on a consistent ongoing basis
with predictability all right now this is a crazy story so I was going through and I was posting for
myself for my business leveraging the strategies that I'm about to show you and then one weekend
every single morning first thing I do when I wake up is I track my numbers I track how many visits
I get to my website how many leads how many sales how much money I made how much money I spent so
I can have a really good pulse on my business and I remember it was a weekend it was a satday atur
morning and I go in and I track my normal numbers and I'm you know getting 100 150 leads per day
but then there was an old landing page I hadn't marketed for probably six plus months and on that
landing page I had over 150 leads the day prior and I was like man what is going on I checked all
my social media accounts I checked my profiles the links going out I'm like none of them are linking
out to this like what how is this happening right I mean this is a good problem to have right and
so then the next day and I was like you know what I'll figure it out on Monday the next day
Sunday morning I go in I'm tracking my numbers I'm getting my normal lead count for my own stuff
that I'm pushing and then I get another 125 leads for this same exact landing page which I'm like
I'm not I'm not mad about it but also I'm a little bit frustrated because I'm like man I would love
to know what is going on so I can reverse engineer this and make sure I can consistently do it over
and over again so I can continue to see these type of results and so then I was like you know it's
Sunday you know I usually take the day off spend time with my family so Monday morning same thing
once again over a 100 leads and I'm like man I got to figure this out what is going on so then
I jump into Facebook start engaging a little bit with my community checking my messages and I see
one of my vas my virtual assistants she works in the Philippines she she had messaged me and she
said Jason look one of my videos went viral and I went and sure enough I checked out the video
and I was like hey can you send me a link to that profile that you post that video on so she
sends me a link I go and I click on it and sure enough in the profile was the link to the old
landing page that I was getting all these leads from and I had no idea how and so what I was able
to do is not only like Leverage this for myself but also duplicate it with my virtual assistant so
we can go through and get Mass exposure with this strategy so for those of you guys watching right
now you're looking at my subscriber count you're like well Jason this is true for you because you
have over 200,000 subscribers which by the way if you're not subscribed yet go ahead and just tap
that subscribe button but takes 2 seconds I would greatly appreciate that but this strategy works
even if you don't have a massive following even if you're not spending money on paid ads because
my vas were not spending any money on paid ads and just to put this in perspective typically
if you're spending money to get leads you're spending about $10 per lead so the first day when
I got over $ 150 leads that's $1,500 in ad spend then $1250 in the XA and then another $1,000 so
we're talking thousands of dollars that I would have had to spend to get the same exact results
with the strategies I'm going to be showing you guys today all right you guys can see right
here this is a little bit um after she said another video became viral most of the videos
were non-followers as well and then another post I did on IG got decent views and so you
can see I don't know if you could see there um the one on the left is 44,000 views and the next
one was 2500 and that was in the first like 24 to 48 hours of posting these videos and like I said
guys this is brand new accounts no following you can see on the left hand side there these are um
accounts these are Facebook pages and Instagram accounts that we started from zero and within like
90 days we're having almost 2,000 followers 6,000 followers then that last one on the bottom only
200 followers but the videos and the views it was producing was significant and you can see on the
right hand side I just took screenshots of the bottom of the short form content just to show you
the views and just to show you like I'm not trying to go and overe exaggerate this because we got one
two 1,000 6,000 11,000 17,000 I kind of took like the average there on the top almost every video
was getting 1,000 plus views and the 17,000 that wasn't even the most we had several videos above
50,000 several videos above 100,000 without any AD spin all right so I know I'm I'm kind of hyping
this up because I'm super excited to go through and share this with you guys because it's working
extremely well for me so I want to go through and share that with you guys because as you guys
know here on my Channel I like to just share what actually works not Theory not something that like
somebody else said and regurgitate it but what I'm actually doing what actually works so you guys can
go through and duplicate it for your own business and on top of that I've shared it with others this
is um Jason in our group he said he went through and started using this this was towards the end
of 2023 and he said he for xed his signups this last month now that's not leads that's signups
someone actually putting their credit card in for a free trial so pretty amazing results there
so and I'm even going to show you guys how you can make this happen with AI because I know AI is
a whole big rage and we'll talk about that here in a little bit of my opinions on AI and whether
you should do that or not but I'm going to show you how to do it just so you guys have the tools
and resources to be able to make this happen all right so obviously who wants to see them make this
happen um let's just dive into this right here so there is a short form template script that I kind
of as I was going through and I was like trying to figure out how to really go viral with short form
content obviously I watched a lot of other people try to see what made people's videos actually work
and I kind of broke it down to three key pieces so first of all you got the hook second you have
the core content and then the third you're going to have the call to action right so let's just
jump into what each one of these are all right so first the hook this is going to be the first two
to 5 Seconds of the short form video and I hope everyone already knows what short form videos are
Instagram reels Facebook reels YouTube shorts Tik Tok videos it's basically what everyone's watching
right now it's what's grabbing all the attention the awareness so if you haven't seen these you're
probably living on a rock and this is probably not the ideal video for you to be watching so um
but the first two to five seconds okay so if you think about it when you're watching a YouTube ad
you get five seconds to grab someone's attention before they skip the ad right it's not true
with short form content somebody's flipping through on their phone and you're going to have
maybe two seconds more than like you're going to have one to two seconds and then only if it's a
really good hook you're going to have 5 Seconds right so what I did is I actually created a doc
of all of these different hooks I've got hundreds of different hooks that actually if you guys go
through just comment yes down below and I'll share with you guys the private link that once again

um but you're going to have you're going to call out your audience it's got to be intriguing and
stop the scroll Okay so although this is only 2 to 5 Seconds long it is so important right and
typically a short form video is going to be 60 seconds or less now some platforms are a little
bit longer but just kind of give a general idea okay second part is the core content so let's just
say we just stop somebody scrolling the next 30 to 40 seconds is like the core piece of content that
we're actually showing people how to do and once again I've got tons of templates and scripts
that I've already tried that are proven you guys can literally just copy and paste and use
for your own business as well if you're trying to get more exposure with social media and the
core of this is Simplicity we want to show step by step and the reason why we want to show step
by step is because we want to increase the watch time for the algorithms because the reason why
all these platforms are pushing videos um one video over another is because they want to see how
long are people actually watching these videos and if they're watching them longer then obviously
they're going to push that to more people because they're like okay people are actually interested
in this video right so that's why I like to do a lot of Step by Step so if I'm saying like you
know here's a here's a cool like for example this is a video I have here's how to make $500 per day
right there's the hook two to five seconds super quick and obviously this is not just the make
money online category you can do this for any type of industry or any type of audience you're
trying to call out right but here's how to make five $500 per day hook then I go into like step
one you're going to go to Google okay now they're like okay $500 per day step one go to Google okay
I'm a familiar with Google that SS pretty easy step number two type in a local business in your
local area so now they're kind of like um they're they're kind of hooked to like okay man I I want
to keep seeing what's going on and I'm not doing the big reveal right out of the gate because
now they're watching step one step two which is dragging on the watch time but also making it
where they want to stick around to see okay how am I actually going through and implementing this
strategy right and then after I've gone through the 30 to 40 seconds of the core content which
if you guys want to see examples of this just go check out the shortform videos on my channel
because I I do this is what I do right and then part three is the last two to five seconds so
we've got two to five seconds of the hook right then we got 30 to 40 seconds of the core content
and about 2 to 5 Seconds of the call to action so roughly we're talking about 50 un like it's
basically under 60 seconds every video is going to be a little bit different but the call to action
what we're saying is hey you know go comment down below so like I've said number of times on
this video comment yes below and I'll hook you up with the free course or the free bonuses
or the automation tools or whatever it is you're giving away or another one is you can say go to
and then insert easy URL right so like whatever like let's say it's example.com you can say hey
go to example.com and we're going to hook you up with all these things but your url has to be so
easy to say and type in you're probably not going to get as many leads and as many people typing
it in as if you're going to go through and say hey comment yes below and we'll hook you up with
the link because then you can send them a direct link that they can just tap or click on and you're
going to get more leads and more exposure and I'm going to show you guys more on how to automate all
of this in just a minute okay so now that you have the template the format who wants to see how to
make two years worth of daily content in just two days because you might be looking at this like
man Jason that's a lot of short form content we got to create got a lot go go through and do a lot
of stuff to post every single day I don't know how to do that it seems overwhelming and guess what
I agree it is overwhelming I would get anxious as well but I've created a system that makes it very
easy to create two years worth of daily content in just two days with the templates and scripts
that I'm just going to give you guys when you go through and get started with the highle system all
right so this is how I make content at scale this is a screenshot of my desktop I have a folder
of hooks right that first part I have a folder of core content and I have a folder of outros or
basically my call to action right then what I do is I go through and I have this Google sheet of
all the hooks all the core pieces of content all the outros which I don't need as many outros
because it's kind of the same thing that I'm directing people to whereas the hooks is calling
out different you know angles different things that we're trying to bring people in and then
the core content we want to be showing a little bit different things and so what I do then is I
take let's say 50 hooks they're 2 to 5 Seconds long and I go and I just like shoot all those 50
Hooks and it takes about 30 45 minutes to shoot all those and I shoot them in just one shot and
then I go and I cut them up and I edit them and so I can just have these little two to five second
video clips right then I do the same thing with core content and then I do the same thing with
my outros and so now I can go through and I have all these files on my desktop and I can just mix
and match so if you think about it if we have for example we'll just make the the math easy if we
have 20 Hooks and 10 core pieces of content there are 200 variations 20 times 10 that you can create
with just 20 Hooks and 10 core pieces of content right pretty crazy to be able to go through and
mix and match and then it's a unique piece of content that you are posting to social media and
you're just trying out different Hooks and then you can go through and grow the number of hooks
that you have from there and like I said I've got literally hundreds of different hooks that I use
so it's not like the same exact hook every single time because even if you have 90 different hooks
that's 3 months worth of content different hooks that you can post every single day and then by the
next after three months is up you can literally start with the same hook over again and more than
likely somebody who saw that hook on day one they they're not going to be seeing that next one right
it's going to be or they're going to forget about it and so then you just keep compounding this and
so we go through and we make I did the math right here 50 hooks 15 four piece of content 750 unique
short form content scripts 750 we got 365 days in a year times 2 that's 730 days so now we're over 2
years worth of content and it only takes us about 2 days to go through a film edit cut all this up
and then go through and schedule it out on our channels and if you're like man Jason scheduling
takes a long time go through and get a virtual assistant get somebody to go through and post for
you that is exactly what I do and then for maximum exposure I want to be able to post to Instagram
reels Facebook reels Tik Tok YouTube shorts there is a software that um I actually probably won't
suggest this software anymore because now you can go through and do this all inside of high level
with their social media tools you can post these as reals Facebook reels Instagram reels and so I
I actually would just use high level which is the software I keep talking about right but as far as
YouTube shorts go I highly recommend just posting those inside of the YouTube Studio Tik Tok I
like to do those inside app as well and then honestly mainly Facebook reels is where I like to
go through and post it inside the software however someone on the live training brought up well
can't you just use the meta suite scheduler and I actually think that is probably a better idea it's
not something I have done yet but is actually it's actually something my vas have done and they're
seeing amazing results actually some better results than I am so I probably would suggest that
as well right then to maximize exposure even more right we're not just posting because here's the
deal if you post to two times on one account in a day I see that second post getting No Love No
views no exposure and so it really doesn't benefit you to post more than one time per day per page
or per account so what I did is I created 5 to 10 Facebook business Pages five to 10 Instagram
accounts and then I had my my vas do the exact same thing and so now I've got the same pieces of
content that I'm going through and posting on all of these different channels to have mass exposure
right and so it's kind of like a little water down version of the Andrew tape model of just getting
massive exposure posting all over having multiple people do it multiple accounts all that but is
driving a ton of leads into my business right so posting best practices we kind of already went
over this but schedule shorts inside a YouTube video I have radar here for Instagram Facebook
reals that's that software but one you can do it now inside of high level but also I would probably
just use the meta Suite um scheduler because it's it's their own platform a lot of times the these
software or these these platforms prefer you to schedule inside of their app right because they're
going to give you more love more exposure and then also Tik Tok just schedule inside the app as well
all right so who wants to see how to make this content with AI I'm going to show you guys step
by step here and here's a little video hopefully this audio Works um but we'll check this out
here I want to show you how to make short form content using AI this will be one of the craziest
things you see this year this is exactly what I'm doing to generate 100 to 200 leads per day for my
business and it doesn't require me to do anything let me show you how you can replicate this pretty
crazy right it looked like me obviously you can tell a little bit that it's AI generated but it's
overall pretty good and so this is exactly how we go through make this content with AI so you
just go through sh shoot one clip then you can literally feed the scripts that I'm going to be
giving you guys into this system that I'm showing you right here right now to be able to create
unlimited content so now honestly for the whole month of November and December I didn't even shoot
a video I had my vas going through and doing this exact strategy I'm about to show you and they were
just going through and creating all the content with AI they were scheduling it for me they were
responding to all the comments plus the Automation and guess what I was able to spend time with
my family on holidays and just enjoy life right which is the ultimate goal for everyone is that
Financial Freedom and that time Freedom so step number one we're just going to film a two-minute
clip that's all it needs to be we could be talking about whatever but it's to get your voice it's is
kind of get the hand movements it's your your face um Expressions all that different stuff and then
step number two we're going to upload it into a software called hen right so I'll try to get a
link down below I think I have affiliate link but I don't remember but it's it's called haen
and so you upload it in there and then it's be able to have like a basically a default it's
called an avatar right that you can go through and uh leverage to create all this content then
step number three the short form scripts that I've shown you guys you just copy them and paste
them into hey Jen right so there's a kind of like a little video editor it kind of looks like canva
honestly if you ever use canva and you just paste the scripts in there the hook the core content
and the call to action and then it goes through you can export it and then it's just going to go
through and create the video with you speaking or whoever the Avatar is and then I use submic
okay it's a very simple tool you just upload the video in there and it creates those animated
captions it already is it just it transcribes the video creates the captions makes them annimated
even puts in the Emojis so you don't have to do anything and like I said guys I have my VA doing
all this for me and then step number six is you go through and you schedule out all of these posts on
the different social media platforms that's pretty cool right I mean I feel like that's pretty simple
pretty straightforward um so if you guys go back through those steps that is exactly how I have
done it how I've gone through and leverag it out to my vas and I have bonus step right here train
a VA to do it all for you so that you don't even have to focus on that you can f focus on the core
things in your business to really move the needle and you can know that your organic lead generation
is taken care of right so now you've successfully removed yourself from this whole process now let's
get into lead automation here really quickly um this is something that we go through when someone
comments yes like on Facebook or Instagram reels we can have this lead automation go through and
follow up with every single one of these leads so you don't have to manually follow up or your vas
don't have to might manually follow up to send them a link out to your website in other words
your landing page right so this is how I'm getting thousands of comments you can see right there this
was screenshot was taken a few weeks back but it's 3,800 comments and you might be looking at well
Jason you're responding every single comment well let's cut that in half 1,900 comments and I'm
not saying those are leads but 1,00 comments that helps really boost the algorithm so you're getting
more exposure for that video right because a watch time they take that into account then also the
engagement how many people are liking the video how many people are commenting and so it just
gives it more love in the algorithm and so what we do here let's just see how we've got this all set
up so you can see I'm saying basically the call to action is hey comment yes below or comment I'm
interested you can see down there there's a lot of yeses and interested and then what we do is we
have Min chat which by the way if you need a full stepbystep how to go through and set this up this
is in one of my bonus courses that I go through and just give you guys when you comment yes down
below I'll share with you guys the private link to get 50% off high level for the first three months
plus all these courses step by step the templat scripts all that stuff right um so basically you
go through comment yes mini chat automatically likes their comment replies their comment says DM
sent and then inside of the com or inside of the DM it has a link out to our landing page so this
is exactly what it looks like right here so a user comments on your post and then anyone who comments
on the post doesn't matter what they say you could say only yes but sometimes people like you say
comment yes or whatever but sometimes people say I'm interested or show me or whatever so you just
want kind of just like to capture all comments and then you go see here I send a DM and it says
Hey so and so thanks for your comment get my free step-by-step course below and they have a button
that clicks out says get free course click on that and they go to my landing page where they go and
opt in and I generate a lead and from there I can go through and follow up with that lead and we're
going to talk about that in the thir third part of this whole series which also is one of my favorite
Parts because the fortune is in the followup that is where all of the money is made and using this
exact strategy guys is how we've gone through and gotten thousands of followers this is one of my
va's accounts with a link out to the Lany page in the organic profile so for both Facebook and
Instagram we use mini chat but as far as YouTube and Tik Tok um you just say you just reply to the
comment inside a YouTube Studio there's an easy way to say hey who hasn't or who has commented
on my videos that I haven't replied too and what you can do is just reply to all of them um give
them the link right there I just have my vas go through and do that um and Tik Tok as well it's
more of a manual process but I guarantee you it's worth it because it generates a ton of leads and
you just batch it you can just do one time a day go through and respond to all the comments and
I get a lot of comments and so to be able just knock it out all at once and that's why I've gone
through and have my VA start to do that now for me so I don't have to do it in the beginning I
was just doing it but I spend like 10 minutes a day going through and batch comment replying to
all those comments right so quick recap of today we talk about consistent lead flow right the way
to do social media marketing in 2024 it is daily organic short form content and I showed you guys
exactly how to make that happen without getting massive anxiety overwhelmed and feeling like
I don't know how to go through and make this happen how to go promote it on all the different
social media channels and um make this happen with lead automation right and once again if you guys
