Great Buy for the Money - Natural Yoga Mat Review | Fitness Club

It’s worth every penny, a great investment. Very thick and shock absorbent. It is very tick, long, and comfortable. I got this for my fiancee who is a yoga teacher.

Version, I had a discount so I’d save money. I didn’t like it very much; it slid around more (both on hard wood floors and carpet). It’s a little wider than my other mats and I like that a lot for some of the asanas I do. It has never slipped on the floor and I feel really safe and confident using it.

It depends on where you practice your yoga. Both Manduka mats are wonderful products. I would never use any other type or brand of mat. Love the extra length and width and thickness as well.

Warning They've Changed Their Item - Wholesale Yoga Mat Review | Fitness Club

I washed it as suggested, with a brush and soap, and let it dry in the sun for 2 days. It still has the slippery film on it, despite all that and using it about 6 times. I should have bought this mat in the beginning of my yoga journey. But no, in my never ending quest to save money I bought enough other cheap mats to have paid for this one. The first time I used my mat I almost fell on my face during downward facing dog but after a couple of uses the mat did get a little bit more slip resistant but not to the point most of us would consider comfortable. This mat is very think relative to other yoga mats and that works well when working out on a hard surface.

It is so comfortable to use and I do not find it that heavy to tote around. I have a pretty good case of arthritis and this Manduka has made all of the difference in my practice.
