A continuous duty treadmill motor can sustain the highest treadmill settings during your entire workout, while a standard rated treadmill can reach the highest setting but is not meant to sustain them for any long length of time.

If you are wondering what the TT stands for in TT8, the TT means twenty two. As in the walking surface is 22 inches wide. Many treadmills run between 18 inches and 20 inches which doesn’t give you much room to sway a bit if you decide on using your treadmill as a running treadmill. Most of the time you will only see the deck size and not the walking area size and this can hard when you are comparing brands or models.

The speed levels on the TT8 can easy be set for 0.5 miles per hour and can be adjusted up to the maximum of 12 miles per hour. You can also set the incline as a flat walking surface or if you want to burn more calories and work your muscles harder you can set the incline up to a full 15%. 15% may not sound like much, but try it for a few minutes and you’ll see how much more of a cardio and muscle bearing work out you can have.

This treadmill has 10 built in workout programs ranging from 2 workouts that you can define, 6 standard workout programs to two heart rate programs.  Also included is a Polar wireless chest strap for tracking your heart rate, a bright red LED display in the console along with built in a cooling fan.
