Why Lemon Diet Is Effective

This article is about dieting, no matter who you are. It seems like I can’t leave the house these days without someone stopping and asking me about the lemon diet. I am always surprised by the shear quantity of questions I receive about it all. I did not think that losing weight was that big of a deal but apparently it is. At times it’s difficult to not let all this attention inflate your ego but I try to ignore it and just keep doing what I do.
