<p>Normal cardio has you working at low intensity for long periods of time. This is based on the theory that you burn a higher percentage of fat at low intensity. The way i see it, there are two zones in life. The &#8216;comfort&#8217; zone and the &#8216;Real Fat Burning&#8217; zone. To get into one you have to leave the other! If you really want to change your body, you have to leave that comfort zone and use short burst of intense exercise.</p>
<p>Maybe if you are using an ineffective type of workout, but seriously, who has that amount of time on their hands. You can easily get the job done with three sessions per week (with each workout under 45 minutes!)</p>
<p>Our body&#8217;s burn fat all of the time because it is an energy source. Of course exercising increases the rate we burn fat, so it goes without saying that you will burn fat in the first 20 minutes of exercise.
